Requirements
- 5+ years of business services, product and / or digital operations experience
- A willingness to dive deep into segments of the healthcare market. Experience or interest here would be a plus.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a track record of driving positive change in prior experiences
- A self-starter with a positive attitude that is excited at the prospect of operating in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
- A talent for inspiring others — getting individuals and teams to embrace change by sharing new perspectives, pushing people to take on new challenges, and understanding what motivates individuals to do their best

Responsibilities
- In support of core revenue growth, drive all aspects of go-to-market; work across organizations to bring products to market, create momentum and maximize growth of our channel partnerships
- In support of operations, help set and accomplish coach ops transformation goals; orchestrate long range planning, lead and execute process improvement initiatives and change management
- In support of new business growth, support M&A activities including market research, financial modeling and relationship management
- Manage strategic initiatives from the scoping to execution phase with business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Manage and contribute to all portfolio-level business planning activities, including strategy work, monthly business reviews, long-range financial planning, board prep, analytics, etc
- Become the point person for financial and operational performance, understanding key levers and ways in which we can drive impact and able to communicate performance to stakeholders across the business
- Work directly with senior leadership to design and execute overall strategy to drive profitable growth of the business
