Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • SEAKR's 2026 hiring surge shows active demand across engineering and integration teams.
  • DARPA Pit Boss hardware reached nine months of on-orbit success in February 2026.
  • RTX's ownership funnels SEAKR into Space Force and classified payload programs through 2026.

What critics are saying

  • RTX controls SEAKR, so strategic shifts in 2026 can redirect hiring and budgets quickly.
  • Pit Boss success ties SEAKR to defense programs; a failed Blackjack phase damages credibility.
  • Competition from BAE, Lockheed, and smaller rad-hard suppliers compresses margins by 2027.

What makes SEAKR Engineering unique

  • SEAKR's RHBD electronics have flown on 300-plus missions with 100% success.
  • Raytheon acquired SEAKR in November 2021, embedding it inside RTX's space machine.
  • SEAKR owns Pit Boss autonomy hardware for DARPA Blackjack, a hard technical moat.
