CWS Apartment Homes acquires, develops, owns and manages multifamily communities. Its teams oversee leasing, resident service, maintenance, property operations and investment performance across a portfolio of apartment properties in multiple U.S. markets. The company serves residents seeking professionally managed housing while also managing the full lifecycle of its real estate assets. CWS is therefore both a multifamily owner and operating platform, not a listing marketplace, with on-site community teams supported by centralized development, investment and administrative functions.
