Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Work experience in investment banking or a related financial services role.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modeling, and industry research to support deal-making decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers in structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Assist in conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets, assessing business opportunities, and identifying risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Prepare compelling pitch books, presentations, and other materials for client meetings, showcasing our expertise and advising on financial strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and responding to their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and industry insights to offer valuable market intelligence to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies during the deal-making process.
