  • Naturalistic model - We prioritize play-based care and hold client dignity in the highest regard
  • Telehealth-oriented care model - We utilize telehealth to reduce driving, paperwork, and burnout for our BCBAs and to provide a hybrid remote/in-person supervision model
  • Prioritized RBT experience - Retaining our RBTs through a great experience is our #1 priority: we have dedicated teams for RBT experience, provide company equity, and have generous benefits + continuing education programs
  • Parent training and wraparound support - We believe strongly in parent-centered care and incorporate family support into our treatment plans and operations
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to design ABA programs
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Provide virtual and field supervision for RBTs
  • Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
  • Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements
  • Hybrid remote/in-person position
  • Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
  • Live within the metro area (South Bay)
  • Minimum 1 year experience of clinical supervision
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Electronic data collection experience
