Requirements
  • Significant experience as a UX Designer within Product teams.
  • Experience working on web applications and ideally mobile applications.
  • Comfort working in Agile and collaborative environments.
  • Excellent proficiency with Figma and FigJam.
  • Expertise in UX Design, User Research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies.
  • Ability to design complex user journeys.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Lookback, Optimal Workshop, or equivalent tools.
  • Understanding of technical constraints and strong ability to collaborate with development teams.
  • Active monitoring of UX, Product, and Design trends.
Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize web and mobile user journeys.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Define navigation logic, interaction patterns, and dynamic interface behaviors.
  • Contribute actively to the production of UX deliverables.
  • Translate user and business needs into simple, intuitive, and effective solutions.
  • Prepare and conduct user interviews, user testing, and co-design workshops.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and UX audits.
  • Use analytics data and insights from user research.
  • Help build a user-centered product culture.
  • Work daily with Product and Development teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives, and Daily Meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Lead UX Designer to ensure alignment with the overall UX vision.
  • Contribute to the success of high-business-impact projects.
  • Apply UX standards and design best practices.
  • Ensure consistency of user journeys and experiences across products.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX methods and processes.
