  • 10+ years of experience developing international partnerships
  • Experience supporting partner development activities by organizing and participating in engagement activities that further DoD goals and objectives for international partners
  • Experience coordinating and making recommendations to government leadership on international partnerships process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness on new product and service offerings to enhance support for the Command’s international partnerships
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience serving as an action officer for a specified region of responsibility, maintaining awareness of issues for cyberspace security, strategy, policy, doctrine, plans, force development, and capabilities, providing reports in writing for significant developments to office and Command leadership, and sharing with DoD and interagency colleagues when directed
  • Experience drafting papers, such as decision memos and briefing papers, on these topics in preparation for interagency and international meetings and briefing senior leaders
  • Experience researching policy changes to further DoD international engagements
