Fern Health is seeking an exceptional Digital/Performance Marketing Associate who is excited to join our team of mission-driven professionals, committed to helping the users of our digital platform manage their chronic pain. The Digital/Performance Marketing Associate will be a key member of the Commercialization team, reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing. They will be a crucial part of implementing and evolving Fern Health’s digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and the Head of Commercialization to monitor and improve data informed B2B marketing campaigns.
- Support overall Marketing and Sales operations by building and producing regular reports to improve traffic and conversions generated from marketing campaigns.
- Implement best practices in SEO, PPC, and campaign retargeting that optimize Fern
- Health organic and paid digital marketing activities in order to drive growth in brand
- awareness and sales pipeline.
- Assist the Marketing department to research and monitor competitive activity; benchmark Marketing KPIs.
- In partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager, serve as a resource for cross-functional colleagues by sharing best digital marketing practices, regularly reporting on market and industry intelligence, and highlighting Marketing progress and growth.
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years marketing experience.
- Proven track record of effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams on common goals.
- Proficiency in creating, deploying and measuring campaigns using Google Analytics,
- Google Ad Words, SEM Rush, and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Skilled in setting up campaign tags, pixels, retargeting measures, and tracking parameters; Google tag Manager a plus, but not required.
- Experience prioritizing plans and tasks effectively; setting feasible goals and
- objectives; developing and implementing realistic project plans; using data to experiment
- and refine projects.
- Keen understanding of business needs and ability to build and sustain relationships with
- clients and vendors, when appropriate.
- Track record of successful problem-solving using analytical and critical thinking skills
- coupled with creativity.
- Able to adapt to changing work environments and competing demands.
