  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and thought leadership in AI, evidenced by patents, publications, source code repositories, or speaking engagements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction.

  • Architect and build cutting-edge AI solutions, including end-to-end "agentic" and LLM-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, product leaders, and head of AI, to define our AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure our AI models and systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Drive research initiatives to keep us at the forefront of AI in FinTech.
