- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds and pull at least 20 pounds.
- Must be able to perform pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity tasks.
- Must have hearing, writing, and typing abilities.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Adhere to all written recipes for menu items.
- Report out-of-stock items to the Executive Chef.
- Prepare sauces and dishes for breakfast and lunch menus.
- Help set up the restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
- Prepare soups under the direction of the Executive Chef.
- Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
- Ensure that all dining room associates follow proper ordering and pickup procedures.
- Perform dinner setup duties according to the prep list schedule.
- Maintain health and sanitation standards.
- High school education and relevant training and experience are preferred.
- Food safety training, CPR training, and first aid training are preferred.
