Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on website management and SEO/AEO
  • Proven track record of driving acquisition through web and content channels
  • Expertise in SEO and hands-on experience with AEO tracking and optimization
  • Experience working across a number of non-owned web assets like forums, communities and social platforms like Reddit and YouTube
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Amplitude, Search Console, Tableau (or similar) and other SEO/marketing tools
  • Ability to balance thought leadership with hands-on execution
Responsibilities
  • Own workyard.com and ensure all pages, articles, and landing experiences deliver clear, convincing value that drives user actions
  • Evolve and scale the existing SEO function into a broader AEO strategy
  • Identify high-value search opportunities across Google, AI-driven overviews, and LLM-generated results
  • Identify non-Google sites and communities where Workyard can add value and win mindshare
  • Work with agencies, content team, and other marketing team members to extend brand presence across online communities (Reddit, YouTube, industry forums)
  • Experiment with new formats and channels to increase reach and engagement
  • Own content-driven acquisition metrics, including traffic growth, engagement, and conversion rate on workyard.com
  • Continuously analyze content performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
  • Identify opportunities for content to support brand authority and demand generation
