As the Director of Product Analytics and Measurement you will be responsible for leading our product analytics efforts, driving data-driven decision making, and providing insights that will shape our product development and strategy. You will lead a team of talented measurement and insight analyst and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover valuable insights, measure product performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product analytics and measurement strategy that aligns with our product objectives.
- Lead a team of data analysts, scientists and implementation specialists to collect, analyze, and interpret product data.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data collection tools and systems for product analytics.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of product data.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in product analytics and measurement methodologies.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform product strategy and decisions.
Does this sound like you
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of product analytics, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
