The Job
This person will be the creative force behind bringing our brand strategy to life, crafting dynamic and compelling content across social media and supporting the creation of emails and blog posts. They will play a pivotal role in shaping cycora®’s brand narrative, driving engagement, and inspiring our community to become active participants in our circular fashion movement. We’re seeking someone with a passion for media, an innovative storyteller who is always on the lookout for new and impactful ways to connect with audiences through captivating content.
This individual is a self-starter with an in-depth understanding of social media, sustainability, fashion, and emerging trends. Creativity, resourcefulness, and a willingness to experiment and learn are key traits for success in this role. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on creating content that not only informs but also inspires and resonates deeply with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Ambercycle Brand Team to brainstorm and build content strategy with the intent to increase engagement, promote sharing, and improve product education.
- Oversee content creation end-to-end from filming, shooting, editing, and copywriting for all social media channels, with high emphasis on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Propose new content ideas and series to implement in our strategy.
- Analyze performance and KPIs in order to make informed decisions and recommend different strategies that support cycora®’s goals.
- Ensure all work and content is of the highest quality and reflects cycora®’s brand standards.
- Produce a minimum of two videos per week to be posted on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Support storytelling and design via email and blog posts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, as well as emerging channels.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly pick up the usage of new digital tools.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and consumer sentiment with extensive brand knowledge particularly in the apparel, performance wear, sportswear, activewear, outerwear, and luxury verticals.
- Strong understanding of digital data analysis and social media KPIs; translating insights into actions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated, demonstrating a high level of initiative and proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing appropriately.
- Impeccable attention to detail and creative eye.
- Experience working on-set in a video and photo studio environment.
- A genuine interest and passion for creating the circular textile economy, ending textile ’waste’, and making the world more sustainable.
