Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Previous experience in a professional or office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by U.S. Government.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee events and activities
  • Support the coordination and administration of STR’s internship program
  • Help manage communications with interns and employees regarding events and program details
  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes for events and programs
  • Partner with the HR Events Team Lead on special projects and initiatives
