- 3–5 years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Coordinator on cross-functional teams
- Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Strong ability to remove impediments, track risks/issues, and drive accountability on deliverables
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and milestones
- Ability to balance Agile coaching with delivery focus — listening first, then guiding teams to adopt best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Guide Agile teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure business results are achieved through effective delivery
- Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies, support backlog management, and provide Agile coaching to help teams continuously improve
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives move smoothly from planning through execution
- Organize and track initiatives, using tools like Jira, Trello, or Monday.com to manage progress and reporting
- Act as central point of contact for the client and internal teams, helping drive alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables
- Contribute to the growth of the firm through practice development, mentoring, and internal initiatives
- Familiarity with loyalty, third-party delivery (DoorDash, UberEats), supply chain, or logistics industries (preferred)
