Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the implementation of marketing initiatives, including at least 1 year of experience in event management, project management, or account management

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of projects and planning of events
  • Support on various types of events, in accordance with client guidelines
  • Advising stakeholders on validation processes and compliance
  • Complete project management to ensure the success of events
  • Coordination between all stakeholders, partner agencies, and service providers
  • Management of participant agendas
  • Organization and management of event materials (videos, presentations...)
  • Supervision of physical events from A to Z, in compliance with procedures
  • On-site presence to ensure proper execution
  • Expert reference for event platforms
  • Training marketing teams on tools and platforms
  • Budget management and performance reporting
  • Analysis of results to derive insights and best practices
  • Raising stakeholder awareness of tools and event strategy
  • Advising and supporting in the use of tools
  • Sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of services
