- Ensure the quality of rented equipment.

- Diagnose breakdowns and perform on-site troubleshooting when necessary.
- Inspect interventions and repairs performed by subcontractors.
- Plan the activities of the workshop and equipment-yard team and manage intervention priorities, including work schedules and monitoring quality and efficiency.
- Train the workshop team when necessary or propose training programs.
- Prepare quotations and supplier purchase orders and optimize purchasing to stay within the annual budget.
- Check the conformity of purchased parts and services upon receipt.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Keep workshop activity records up to date, including revision checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports.
