Requirements
  • One to two years of sales or business development experience, with business-to-business software-as-a-service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management and sales engagement tools, including Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Availability to work during United States business hours.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target accounts using modern sales data tools.
  • Conduct cold outreach by phone, email, and social channels to generate new pipeline.
  • Engage prospects with messaging tailored to their business needs.
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria before handing them off to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outbound messaging and campaigns.
  • Achieve activity metrics for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
