  • At least one year experience responsible for multiple direct reports in the engineering function
  • Strong technical background (5+ years) building web products and ability to contribute to design and architectural discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and lead high-functioning, diverse technical teams through coaching, training, and career development aligned with their goals
  • Experience working with a highly collaborative environment, driving a team who ships code to production often
  • Experience using scrum or agile development methodologies to execute against roadmap initiatives
  • Develop a sustainable, healthy work environment focused on creative problem solving and innovation
  • Experience with fundamental cloud technologies (preferably within AWS) and the DevOps approach to autonomous team ownership of mission critical infrastructure
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Martech, Ads, or similar industries and functions
  • Experience leading completely remote and distributed engineering teams, with global cross team collaboration
  • Strong Motivation for innovation and creativity
