Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, technical explanations, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on products and solutions.
  • Keep the sales team informed about product features, benefits, and updates.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Dematic solutions can meet their business objectives.
  • Train and mentor the sales team on products and sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Work with the sales team and clients to design customized solutions that address specific client requirements and deliver optimal value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to the sales team to help them position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, support, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer projects.
