Requirements
  • A doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales or Marketing experience, or a master's degree and 6 years of Sales or Marketing experience, or a bachelor's degree and 8 years of Sales or Marketing experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the area geography and team of Specialty Account Managers to ensure market penetration by analyzing market dynamics and data, setting strategic action plans, and driving execution to achieve sales goals in the Endocrinology space.
  • Provide a clear and compelling clinical and business sales purpose for team members.
  • Ensure effective and appropriate use of territory management tools and data, cross-functional partners, and marketing tools.
  • Build business strategy and strategic impact in line with corporate and therapeutic-area goals.
  • Lead market development initiatives aligned with corporate and therapeutic-area goals.
  • Manage administrative duties, ongoing learning for self and team members, operational expenses, and program funding.
  • Ensure team members operate within regulatory guidelines for promotion, program implementation, and product compliance.
  • Train and prepare the team to maximize business and sales potential and ensure consistent delivery of product messaging.
  • Achieve organizational sales-volume goals, target reach and frequency objectives, and other key performance indicators related to execution.
  • Establish a productive work environment based on trust and respect within the national Endocrinology sales team and act as a business partner across the business unit.
