Requirements
- Associate's degree or direct and applicable work experience
- 1+ years' experience in a compliance, legal, risk management or similar role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with appreciation for confidentiality and sensitivity to the nature of the work. Strong documentation skills
- Self starter with the ability to work independently and proactively; ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve defined goals, projects and/or objectives
- Analytical skills and careful attention to detail
- Ability to help facilitate and participate in informal and/or formal training sessions
- Proficiency with MS Office software applications
- Aptitude to learn and stay current on compliance best practices and industry regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with one or more government programs or compliance operations from within insurance, financial services or related industry. Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D experience is a plus
