  • Associate's degree or direct and applicable work experience
  • 1+ years' experience in a compliance, legal, risk management or similar role
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with appreciation for confidentiality and sensitivity to the nature of the work. Strong documentation skills
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently and proactively; ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve defined goals, projects and/or objectives
  • Analytical skills and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to help facilitate and participate in informal and/or formal training sessions
  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications
  • Aptitude to learn and stay current on compliance best practices and industry regulations
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with one or more government programs or compliance operations from within insurance, financial services or related industry. Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D experience is a plus
