  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role
  • Experience hiring engineers
  • Strong knowledge of at least two; REST API, queues, and/or Android development
  • Experience building and deploying software to cloud technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Support Engineers, ensuring the team is providing high-quality technical support to our development partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues raised by development partners, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Ensure that the team is documenting technical issues and providing feedback to the development team for continuous improvement
  • Create a framework and oversee a process for creating documentation that can help integrators better leverage the platform, including; “How to Guides”, “Tutorials” and sample code
  • Analyze technical support metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and support documentation
