Requirements
  • Experience in people analytics across multiple verticals
  • Well-versed in HR processes and reporting
  • Ability to write queries, including knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools (i.e.Charthop, Lattice, Workday), and expression building functions
  • Strong understanding of data tables across multiple data sources; prior knowledge of and experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and recruiting sourcing tools

  • A solid ability to collaborate and a good attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership and People leaders to develop FLYR's people reporting strategy and supporting KPIs across the employee lifecycle
  • Own and develop reports that highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior leadership
  • Distill data into the most relevant insights and communicate with / educate key stakeholder groups across teams
  • Create effective data visualizations, reports, and analytical solutions that provide stakeholders access to critical metrics and insights
  • Work with People leaders to improve people data quality and outline opportunities for improved data flow automations between People systems
