Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential customers within their assigned territory. Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events to generate leads and create opportunities for engagement.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, pain points, and objectives. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine how InterSystems' solutions can address their specific needs and deliver value.
  • Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of InterSystems' products and solutions to prospects. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our technology can solve their problems and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle. Utilize CRM tools and systems to track and update prospect interactions, manage tasks, and prioritize activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers and solution architects, to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to prospect requirements. Lead negotiations and overcome objections to successfully close sales deals.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and prospects. Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, guidance, and expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention.
