Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related roles
  • Experience within e-commerce or retail industries is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven success in managing strategic partner relationships
  • Good understanding of the German market, including local brands, influencers, and digital marketing trends
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign impact and make recommendations
  • Fluent in English and German (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Expand partnerships with local German brands, influencers (KOLs), and IP resources to enhance JD.com’s market presence
  • Negotiate and coordinate joint marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive GMV growth
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with key partners to ensure ongoing collaboration success
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align partnership activities with business goals
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and partner performance, using data to optimize future cooperation
