  • Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritized product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals
  • Collaborate with business, sales, and marketing teams to drive customer adoption and engagement and collect customer interactions on the platform
  • Define, monitor, and assess measures of success metrics for new features and enhancements; work with business and technology teams to continually inform product development
  • Monitor the site for superior customer experiences and respond quickly to any issues that may arise on the site
  • Build partnerships with key internal partners, collaborating across teams and locations to share information, communicate timelines, and set expectations with Senior leadership and partners

  • Experience with tabletop and/or Dungeons & Dragons
