Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the North American Aerospace and Defense growth strategy aligned with ALTEN's business objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities within commercial aerospace, defense, space, and aviation markets.
  • Drive new-logo acquisition with a strong focus on strategic accounts, including Boeing and GE Aviation.
  • Build executive-level relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and business leaders.
  • Sell engineering consulting, managed services, project-based engagements, and global delivery solutions.
  • Partner with delivery, recruiting, finance, and executive leadership to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions through close.
  • Represent ALTEN at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with global ALTEN teams to leverage international engineering capabilities and offshore delivery solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • An engineering or technical background is preferred.
  • Experience selling into Boeing, GE Aviation, or other major aerospace original equipment manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Knowledge of engineering outsourcing, global delivery models, and managed services.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering and delivery organizations in a services-based environment.
  • An MBA is a plus.
