We are a dynamic team of experts working at the intersection of data analysis, machine learning, and healthcare technology, all within a Scrum Agile environment. Your Role:
- Tackle Complex Data Challenges: Work with large and complex datasets, exploring patterns, trends, and relationships to provide actionable insights.
- Build Data-Driven Models: Apply machine learning techniques and statistical analysis to real-world healthcare data, building predictive models that enhance product performance and customer outcomes.
- Experience Real-World Impact: See your work applied directly to improve both internal systems and customer-facing solutions.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
You might be an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a program related to Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field, or you have recently graduated. Strong preference for upcoming graduates and seniors.
- Skills & Tools: Experience with Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) is a plus.
- Passion for Data Science: You are genuinely enthusiastic about data science, eager to learn, and excited to apply data-driven approaches to solving real-world problems.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You have a curiosity for understanding complex problems and excel at developing creative solutions.
- Self-Motivated: You are a self-starter, results-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments.
- Effective Communication: You possess strong communication skills and can present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can adapt to new challenges with ease.
Program Details:
- Duration: Summer 2025, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule preferred)
- GPA Requirement: 3.0 or higher
- Technologies: Preference for candidates with experience in Python, R, SQL, AWS, and exposure to machine learning or data processing platforms.
- Location: This internship may consider remote candidates. No relocation or housing opportunities are available.
