  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a clear, step-by-step, results-focused mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at presenting and persuading
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with strong multitasking abilities

  • Good understanding of competitors and product offerings
  • Proven digital skills, including experience with creative and marketing tools
  • Familiarity with marketing CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Director and SVP Business Line to define the Business Line’s MarCom roadmap and plan
  • Conduct offers launches—including, naming, branding, and launch planning—and execute integrated marketing programs, initiatives, and promotional content on a global scale
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral (business presentations, brochures including digital, product sheets, videos, animations, infographics, case studies, etc.) to drive market presence and thought leadership
  • Build and manage the Business Line’s marketing event calendar (exhibitions, forums, conferences, webinars) and oversee organization
  • Support preparation for speaking opportunities at panels or presentations and ensure effective external promotion
  • Represent the Business Line at targeted events
  • Monitor media and industry sources to identify marketing trends and competitive landscapes that may impact or enhance Business Line visibility and market positioning
  • Develop and update website content to ensure it remains current and aligns with the Business Line’s objectives
  • Manage promotional awareness or lead generation campaigns (emailing, webinars, newsletters, etc.)
  • Support advertising campaigns on digital channels (landing page, social media, paid media) and trade press campaigns by developing content (white papers, technical articles, etc.) and accurate messaging targeted to specific audiences
  • Propose new ideas and concepts to develop innovative and effective solutions for Business Line marketing challenges
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders—including the Business Line, Corporate MarCom (Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Tendering, Commercial, Communications, Technical Lines, and Operating Centers)—as well as with external providers or agencies to develop precise, high-quality content and effectively address a wide range of business needs
  • Manage direct report within the team
  • Support Public Relations team in media opportunities to highlight Business Line externally (press releases, interviews)
  • Assist Business Line with internal communications activities (seminars, workshops) and ensure its internal visibility through various channels (Viva Engage, intranet, webinar)
