Requirements
  • BA/BS in engineering, business administration or equivalent
  • 4-7 years of experience in Scheduling management for complex projects & programs
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, other scheduling tools will be a plus
  • Experience in scheduling, progress monitoring & reporting and Earned Value Management
  • Experience with time impact analysis to help the stakeholders understand the time impact of any possible risk that will yield into the proper decision
  • Experience incorporating resource allocation, equipment availability, and manpower requirements into project schedules
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to outline tasks, durations, resource requirements and dependencies
  • Collaborate with technical project managers, engineers, supply chain, production and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines
  • Analyze project scope, objectives, and constraints to identify critical path activities and potential risks
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Develop detailed 4 Weeks Lookahead based on the current resources, and ensure the resources are allocated on critical/near critical path activities as a priority
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams to review schedule updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate schedule status, performance metrics, and forecasts to project stakeholders, including schedule performance reporting, and, with FP&A, cost performance reporting and earned value
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
