  • Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and embraces ambiguity
  • 2+ years of project management experience in complex client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated exceptional client relationship management skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders and driving fast-moving, rapidly-changing programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to structure projects, define milestones, and align stakeholders
  • Solid familiarity with working in Salesforce.com
  • Experience with human-centered design/design thinking/journey mapping and applying these models to innovate and improve the customer experience
  • Exceptional organizational and logistics management skills in client facing roles

  • Experience designing and implementing solutions and tools to gain client insights

  • MPP or advanced degree
  • Experience or coursework in survey methods
  • Experience with ERP and analytical tool technology by Microsoft (D365, etc)
  • Tableau, Power BI, R and/or RStudio report building experience
  • Experience working with or in Law Enforcement
Responsibilities
  • Engage with technology decision makers (Chiefs of Police, Command staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT) and program managers pre and post-sale to determine needs and formulate requirements
  • Define and administer project plans including client relationship management and project scope, schedule, budget, requirement traceability, and risk analysis
  • Influence and guide cross-functional deployment teams to deliver on time, under budget, and to agency satisfaction
  • Manage project scope on behalf of the agency including identifying stakeholders for all key project roles, implementing and managing project timeline, communications, and status updates
  • Lead need-finding discussions to discover customer pain points and requests, providing feedback to sales and product management
  • Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
  • Maintain internal, agency-facing, and public project dashboards, communicating progress, identifying and handling or elevating risks, and ensuring end-to-end success of the implementation
  • Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements - from purchase to customer support
  • Perform research with our customers and work cross-functionally with internal teams such as community impact, sales, professional services, support, customer success, product management, marketing, training, operations, billing and IT
  • Identify additional metrics to track and ensure those metrics are linked to customer and/or business outcomes
  • Centralize, analyze and report on customer experience feedback and data for a variety of audiences including internal executives. Help continually educate the rest of the organization about the customer and the customer experience
  • Contribute thought leadership and customer learning into the My90 customer engagement playbooks
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including law enforcement customers, city staff, nonprofit partners, and community members
  • Assist in strategy and research of new technologies that accelerate and differentiate our My90 competency and capabilities. This includes automation, AI and new customer engagement channels
