Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain
  • Proven success managing vendor networks or equipment logistics.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure long-term supply continuity of equipment for the US Consulting Segment.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms and develop cost optimization strategies with operational leaders.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to support operational needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant equipment technologies to scope out best use cases, business case, and eventual purchase.
  • Track changes in suppliers within core markets.
  • Lead the Equipment & Procurement Operations team.
  • Identify potential supply risks that could affect project delivery.
  • Establish standards and metrics for measuring supplier performance.
  • Organize and direct sourcing activities for value, quality, inventory, and delivery.
  • Analyze data to develop capacity planning strategies, balancing long-term business needs with supply and demand forecasting.
