Role: Technical Test Lead – Test Automation using Selenium / UFT (Banking Domain)
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Charlotte, NC

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• At least 4 years hands on experience in test automation tools Selenium and HP UFT.
• Hands on experience in Java Programming, VBScripts and UI test automation.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
• Experience in designing and building test automation framework
• At least 3 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
• Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
• Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support testing lifecycle activities
• Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes
• At least 4 years of experience on Functional Testing, test execution analysis & reporting
• At least 4 years of experience in using any programming language like Java or C#, VB Scripts
• Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination.
• Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals
• Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
