The Head of Strategy & Operations reports directly to the Head of Middle East.
Coordinate with the respective functional leaders of Finance. T&C, Engineering and Strategy in the region.
Manage internal and external reporting of financials, including cost tracking, budget evolution, regulatory reporting and performance metrics.
Manage payments (payroll, lease, etc) and third party providers.
Build budget/financial goals for the office.
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and talent engagement activities in partnership with T&C.
Being the point of contact for implementing global and regional HR initiatives at the local level.
Ensuring alignment between office operations and T&C policies and procedures.
Representing the function in relevant governance and operational forums in coordination with the regional T&C team.
Lead the evolution and refinement of the Business Case for the regional office, including ambition calibration and go-to-market strategy development.
Act as chief of staff for the office: define governance, prepare governance materials, and support senior management presentations.
Oversee special strategic projects across business lines and geographies as needed.
Own and lead the regulatory license evolution process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate marketing and communication efforts with mkt teams globally- both externally (towards clients) and internally (across the organization).
Previous experience in similar roles with Strategy background.
Hands on approach and action oriented.
English and Spanish fluency.
Arabic is a nice to have.
