Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 7 or more years of experience in enterprise application development, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles
  • 3 or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Extensive experience customizing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, .NET Plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Custom APIs and connectors
  • Proven track record designing, solutioning, configuring, and supporting enterprise grade Dynamics implementations
  • Deep knowledge of Dataverse, Dynamics data structures, and integration patterns
  • Solid experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, pipeline, and delivery tracking
  • Proficient in SQL Server, including querying, data analysis, and support integration
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and release workflows for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps or related tooling
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Dynamics developers, platform analysts, and quality assurance engineers
  • Ensure sound architectural decisions across assigned Dynamics products and applications
  • Build individualized development plans; establish clear goals and performance expectations
  • Stay informed on technology trends and align team skills with strategic direction
  • Forecast needs and staff appropriately
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, business technology product owners, cloud operations in solution development and maintenance
  • Co-own technical quality, architecture, operational readiness, and technical debt management
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, vendors, or technologies where needed
  • Guide early-stage technical solutioning and feasibility assessments for Dynamics-related initiatives
  • Monitor solution development of the team. Ensure quality and soundness of solution development
  • Serve as an escalation point for high-severity production and technical delivery issues
  • Contribute to project estimation, scheduling, capability planning, and budgeting cycles
  • Justify investment in productivity tooling, technical debt remediation, and staff development
  • Lead with metrics and promote data-driven tracking of delivery efficiency and platform health
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA, MPH or MHA preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solutions Architect (or similar)
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules
