Requirements
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • A generalist mindset—you're comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • A data-driven approach, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Experience in the US market—either having worked in the US or marketing to a US-based audience.
  • A highly adaptable and hands-on attitude, thriving in an environment that requires both strategic thinking and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring teams together and drive alignment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and more) to drive engagement and growth.
  • Own the end-to-end project management of campaigns—strategy, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor, report, and optimize marketing performance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
