Requirements
  • 6–12 years of experience in digital ad sales, with expertise in sales of performance marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, including ad tech, performance models (CPL, CPA), and attribution strategies.
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills — capable of independently sourcing and converting new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sales-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Own and exceed monthly/quarterly ad revenue targets across assigned sectors and accounts.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with direct clients and media agencies, becoming their go-to digital advertising partner.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals across Programmatic and performance-based campaigns
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, delivery) to deliver the campaign objectives.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure client KPIs and ROI are achieved.
  • Stay current with digital media trends, innovations, and new ad formats.
  • Regularly report on the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client insights to senior leadership.

  • A strong network across NBFC, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors is highly desirable.
  • Existing high value relationships with brands, agencies would carry an advantage
