Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Program Managers, guiding them in delivering high-impact cybersecurity programs. Provide strategic direction and professional development opportunities to elevate the team’s performance.
Program Oversight: Oversee the management of multiple, concurrent cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Procore’s cybersecurity strategy. This includes coordinating dependencies, managing risks, and addressing issues that could impact program success.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to ensure that cybersecurity program objectives are in line with the company’s broader strategic goals. Develop and implement mechanisms to measure and report on program success across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and departments, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the broader organizational processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity program management within the company.
Communication and Reporting: Act as the key communication conduit between cybersecurity teams and executive leadership. Provide clear, articulate, and actionable reporting on the status, risks, and outcomes of cybersecurity programs.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies, tools, and processes within the cybersecurity domain. Encourage innovation and the adoption of best practices to enhance program delivery and team efficiency.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 5 years focused on managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity or technology programs.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve ambitious goals.
Strategic Vision: Strong ability to align program objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives drive meaningful impact for the organization.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership and influence decision-making.
