Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Program Managers, guiding them in delivering high-impact cybersecurity programs.
  • Oversee the management of multiple, concurrent cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Procore’s cybersecurity strategy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure that cybersecurity program objectives are in line with the company's broader strategic goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and departments, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the broader organizational processes.
  • Act as the key communication conduit between cybersecurity teams and executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies, tools, and processes within the cybersecurity domain.
