Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth programs to achieve activation and acquisition goals across multiple user segments.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns while building comprehensive growth strategies to target key user segments.
  • Plan and run A/B tests across our website, in-product experiences, content, and advertisements to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics, establish KPIs, and use data to optimize growth initiatives and measure success.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and messaging.
  • Lead targeted campaigns involving influencers and content creators to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Identify and address friction points in the user acquisition funnel to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
