About the Role
HeyGen is seeking a Growth Lead with a strong background in growth marketing and product-led growth. You will drive user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies while crafting and executing targeted campaigns for our AI-powered products. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product experimentation, and content marketing, making it critical to our mission of expanding adoption across diverse user segments.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is eager to test, analyze, and iterate to drive meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive User Acquisition: Develop and execute growth programs to achieve activation and acquisition goals across multiple user segments.
- Paid Media & Growth Strategy: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns while building comprehensive growth strategies to target key user segments.
- Experimentation & Testing: Plan and run A/B tests across our website, in-product experiences, content, and advertisements to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics, establish KPIs, and use data to optimize growth initiatives and measure success.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and messaging.
- Content & Influencer Partnerships: Lead targeted campaigns involving influencers and content creators to drive awareness and adoption.
- User Journey Optimization: Identify and address friction points in the user acquisition funnel to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute user acquisition strategies, particularly for SaaS or AI-powered products.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (e.g., social, search) and running A/B tests across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, establish KPIs, and measure performance effectively.
- Hands-on experience working with tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Creative, resourceful, and motivated to experiment with new strategies and tactics.

Salary Range:
$180,000-$210,000 annualy
