Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of equivalent practical experience in sales operations, GTM, sales finance, or a related function.
  • Proven financial modeling experience and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively partner with senior-level sales leadership.
  • Ability to successfully implement strategies and drive focus towards ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills to present forecasts and business narratives confidently.
  • Ability to thrive, prioritize, and pivot in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment, effectively managing multiple priorities during high-pressure periods such as quarter-end.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct business partner support to Senior Directors and VPs of sales.
  • Lead the weekly sales outlook process across all levels of the sales organization - using sales team insights and predictive analytics to run an accurate outlook, culminating in weekly reviews with our CRO.
  • Merge customer insights and financial modeling to synthesize business narratives to share with senior leadership across sales, operations, finance, and product.
  • Lead a weekly and quarterly cadence of pipeline inspection, focusing on in-quarter and out-quarter items, ensuring sales leaders focus on critical KPI's and are always building for the future.
  • Play a significant role in GTM strategy and execution, including territory building and quota modeling, to optimize sales structure.
  • Support sales team operations in systems such as Anaplan, SFDC, and Clari.
