Responsibilities
Manage employee uniform ordering, distribution, and inventory levels.
Maintain and update the official employee contact directory.
Monitor office supply levels, order routine office supplies, and restock common spaces.
Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams as assigned.
Scan, upload, and organize accounts payable invoices into electronic management systems.
Assist with basic invoice data entry into QuickBooks.
Process routine vendor documents, route invoices for approval, and maintain organized accounts payable digital and physical files.
Perform data entry for daily inventory transactions, production charge sheets, and operational tracking files.
Maintain and update master inventory spreadsheets and records, including sales trackers and stock logs.
Reconcile scrap and finished goods inventory balances on a regular basis.
Transition daily data entry workflows into current systems, RIMAS, and assist in testing and implementing the company's upcoming enterprise resource planning software migration.
Conduct and support physical inventory counts for scrap, finished goods, and raw materials through monthly and annual inventory audits.
Serve as the primary secondary backup for the Shipping/Receiving Coordinator.
Operate truck scales to weigh inbound and outbound transport vehicles.
Interact directly with freight drivers, sign bills of lading, and complete required shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and on time.
Desired Qualifications
An associate degree or relevant coursework in business, accounting, or operations is preferred.
Inventory support, accounting support, or operational support experience in a manufacturing, scrap recycling, or logistics environment is preferred.
