Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations
  • Engineering degree from a reputed university / institution
  • MBA from a reputed university / institution will be a plus
  • Proven track record of managing a high performing team, development and deployment of disruptive technology products and delivering exceptional business results
  • Ability to work with senior executives in a collaborative style and engage in strategic discussions
  • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen
  • Obsessed about customer experience
  • Subject matter expertise in Generative AI and related technology ecosystem
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Generative AI team in CommOps
  • Co-create the overall strategy and long term vision along with the executive leadership team and execute against it
  • Deliver disruptive value on support cost & customer experience so that Uber’s support becomes a differentiator for the business
  • Build strong relationships with the Tech and CommOps counterparts and stakeholders
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with senior leadership keeping them abreast of the progress, wins and challenges in the Gen AI area
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the CommOps leadership team as needed; keep leaders updated with the latest and greatest in Gen AI developments
  • Adapt the roadmap, development and delivery to the changing needs of the business
  • Represent CommOps in internal Gen AI and customer support forums
  • Motivate and inspire a hard working team
