  • Hands-on experience working with or implementing similar financial applications, a strong understanding of Excel and experience with complex modeling within Excel environment.
  • Familiarity with dashboard design is a plus.
  • FP&A experience is a must for this role.
  • 5+ years relevant experience having worked in a finance role (i.e. Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Director) at a bank or credit union is a must.
  • Experience with annual budget process, financial analysis, forecasting, and profitability analytics, preferably as these processes apply to financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of database structures; preferably in multiple environments, including SQL Server.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to adapt and be creative to solve problems.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about being part of a growing business.
  • - Analyze Financial Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, and Capital Planning), Financial Reporting, Profitability Processes and Data Requirements within client companies in order to provide objective advice on the use of information technology to satisfy business needs.
  • - Work collaboratively with clients at all levels (executives to end-user) to build and implement a uniquely tailored software solution.
  • - Demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project management experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal team, as well as customers and vendors.
