Responsibilities
  • Lead and empower a team of product marketers focused on our SaaS products, including Jobber’s core product suite and marketing software tools
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research with customers, prospects and partners in the ecosystem to identify current, evolving and new pain points, and partnering with Senior Leadership to strategize on how/if we should evolve them. (where do we play, and how do we win?)
  • Partner with Product Management and Finance to identify new potential products and features and the potential associated ROI to help define roadmap
  • Partner with Product Management to define product strategy, roadmap and launches (from ideation through adoption)
  • Define and drive GTM strategy, process and drive execution for new launches, inclusive of marketing, sales, success and partnerships. Partner with product and engineering to align the release process to our launch strategies to drive the highest likelihood of success. This is inclusive of KPIs and shared goals tied to those KPIs.
  • Partner with the Pricing Team within Product Marketing to recommend pricing, packaging and promotional strategy
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with executive exposure that will help shape the future of who Jobber is
  • Drive the creation of content, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials with the help of other Jobber teams that pull the adoption of time-saving software forward in the home services industry
  • Refine and champion Jobber's product positioning, messaging, and customer-centric narratives by deeply understanding market needs, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes.
