Requirements
- An associate degree is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience is required.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in healthcare or hospitality housekeeping is required.
- A proven track record in a leadership role in a similar setting is required.
- Knowledge and skills sufficient to provide service appropriate to patients and customers are required.
- Excellent knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act waste management, Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements, and state and federal regulations and guidelines is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of all patient-care, ancillary, and public areas of the hospital during an established shift.
