  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Head of HR Operations & Services
  • Implement process improvements, projects, technology, training requirements that improve the employee experience from offer to alumni
  • Partner closely with HR Technology, Analytics and other COEs to drive functional improvements for employees and managers
  • Align and execute the HR Operations Strategy to support critical business goals
  • Build strong connections with operations leaders across the business to influence and improve connection points and reduce seams
