Responsibilities
- Manages multiple facility functions
- Hires, trains and evaluates Environmental Services staff
- Schedules housekeeping/laundry requirements
- Assists in developing budgets
- Monitors attendance and lateness
- Participates in daily department head meetings, orientations, and education workshops/programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional education in business or technical areas
- 2 plus years experience in Environmental Services
- Property management or project management experience
- Ability to forecast and schedule complex tasks
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
