Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience of Financial Services experience, predominantly in Lending
- Proven experience in creating and managing digital journeys for lending products
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the lending industry across business lines
- Knowledge in Fraud, Risk & Compliance management and Regulations in the lending domain
- 5+ years leadership experience including building out and cultivating high performing teams
- Strong understanding of laws and regulatory requirements pertaining to lending products
- Experience negotiating, and a strong knowledge of, lending partnership economics for a variety of lending products
- Understands the competitive marketplace and has experience developing partnerships and alliances to forge partnerships with lending platforms, data sources, analytic tools, and other fintechs in the lending domain
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with the team, external stakeholders and management
- Deep experience in product development in lending
- A strong credit risk analysis foundation is a plus
- Experience defining product OKRs and success metrics
- Strong technical knowledge and depth necessary to propose and influence new product and feature ideas
- Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up
- Previously driven business processes to include assessment of impacts, risks, prioritization, and market analysis
- Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, and lead the product vision for clients
Responsibilities
- Be the Domain SME/Consultant to drive Business solutions in lending for Brillio
- Work with clients to define the product vision, customer journeys, roadmap, performing research (user and competitive), specify requirements and creating detailed specifications for lending products
- Identify and work with technology teams and/or clients for implementing omni channel digital journeys and processes across lending business lines
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements for clients
- Act and be trusted as the Lead SME for lending, responsible for innovating with client teams
- Maintain strong relationships and knowledge in the lending industry to feed into strategy development and partner selection for Brillio
- Help clients develop, maintain, and extend innovative and highly effective lending platforms that meet clients’ requirements and growth ambitions
- Provide thought leadership in lending, publish PoVs and blogs on lending related themes
- Drive to create IP and solutions in the Banking industry segment with a focus on lending
- Lead and contribute to presales and sales motions in the role of a domain SME
- Help build partnerships and alliances in lending domain to strengthen industry presence
- Collaborate with Delivery Partners and Market leadership to develop strategies and solutions of high business value
- Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into revenue generating engagements - net new business/up-selling /cross- selling
