Requirements
  • Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Assist employees with IT-related inquiries, offering guidance on system usage, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Perform hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs for workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications, troubleshoot software-related problems, and assist with installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, technical issues, and solutions in the help desk tracking system.
  • Provide basic IT training to end-users, helping them become more self-sufficient in resolving common technical issues.
  • Assist in enforcing IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
  • Manage IT hardware and software inventory, including tracking, ordering, and asset management.
